bellarose_kids Bust 18", skirt from waist to bottom. 32" shoulder to top of skirt is 12", so 44" length total.

mrskpm @cristahl83. Ok.. it may work.. I need to figure out if this party is cocktail or formal... if its cocktail then yes it would work, but if it's formal I'll need floor length for sure. Thank you for the measurements! I'll let you know!
