Yalom Fashion Long Appliqued Vest. Possibly from the 70s? This item is in pretty good shape overall. Tag says 100% cotton but the vest has a good weight to it, feels like suede or at least velvet. The interior lining has pilling and the "buttons" are worn and one is missing. However, the vest is so bright and eye catching the small imperfections and wear only add to its charm.
