@alyssa_rose94 I have had my share of inconsiderate poshers and the threat of being blocked seems to deter it. I hate it when I see this sort of behavior. Happy Poshing!!! ;-))

@paisleywest 👠Hello Brenda....I'm reaching out for help. Question: A posher wants to purchase a brand new pair of shoes but wants to return them if they don't fit. I have not run into this situation and was wondering if this is a good move. I also want to make certain that this doesn't present a negative mark from Posh on our closet. Could you please share your thoughts on this. Thank you😱

@3stylishdivas Hi Yuri...I have never had anyone make a request like this. You are not obligated by poshmark to make this kind of guarantee and I don't think it would be a problem to just say all sales are final...it would most like benefit you not to make promises like this one...because you never know who you are dealing with Yuri...there are many "scummers" here at Posh, just looking for a way to scam you. I would just be polite and tell this person all sales are final. This is not Maci's, lol. Sister Poshers please consider my advise and add anything that would help a sister posher. @3stylishdivas @paisleywest hi I would say all sales are final according to PM rules. Offer to take measurements of the length of the shoe so she doesn't think you don't want to help. But absolutely don't offer a return.

@3stylishdivas Yuri read the Posh guarantee it does not state items can be returned cuz it down not fit! I would take photos of the item at all angles in case she comes back and says it's not as described or says it's damaged or even take a video of you packing it and mailing so you have something to fall back on. If it does not fit she can just relist it. I have taken that chance! I hope this helps!

Give as much info about your item to the potential buyer as you can👍 but DO NOT offer a return. You run the risk of setting a precedent 😁for future purchases. And, as Brenda added, there are a few ladies on Posh👎looking to scam others! 😁😤😢

@3stylishdivas Yuri- I'm late to the game but agree with the others. I'll admit I've shopped in a closet that offer returns, but I think that particular Posher has a lot of repeat customers that she's comfortable making that offer. Agree with lots of pics/video of the item and packing process. You just never know! One thing that I've done is read reviews of the same brand/item I want to purchase on Posh, it really helps me to know if a brand I'm not familiar with will fit. You might suggest that too. Honestly, if this buyer runs away just bc of this, you're probably better off without the sale. Posh policy is very clear, all sales final. Good luck! @paisleywest Brenda, thanks for reaching out!😘

Thanks for all your shares, pretty lady! I super appreciate it. I am trying to find a balance between my life and all the things I have to do and my addictive personality which meant that I was on Posh ALL THE TIME. I was doing it at work, at home, etc., it just started to infiltrate too much so I pulled back. I am, by nature, an all or nothing person. Which has it's pros and cons! But I am finding a good balance, as I try to do with so many things, and I haven't forgotten about my Posh BFF- YOU! Thanks for your shares this morning and for thinking of me.
