vdumond @cookiecat4 Hi, thanks for you comment! I don’t consider offering 80% of listing price as a “lowball offer”, I consider it an opening for negotiation. 50% or less is a lowball offer in my opinion. No worries about me making any further offers... Good luck with your closet.
