@kristy8052005 yes, the liquid Eyeliner is Magnetic. So when applying the Magnetic Eyelashes, the Magnetic adhere to the liner applied on the lid.

@jodt these lashes are reusable. When reusing just make sure to clean off any liner residue on the magnets. You could reuse the lashes about 15-30 times.
