I am SO SORRY about the mixup! If you want me to repost the sweater when I get it back from the other person, so that you can rebuy it I will happily do so- but I TOTALLY understand if you don’t want to. I truly apologize, I know you must be frustrated! I have a new baby and am a little frazzled- but that’s no excuse! Once again I am SO SORRY for my mixup!

@atpjoy That’s ok, I understand. I believe Poshmark asked the recipient of the sweater that I purchased to mail it directly to me. They also sent me a label to send the items I received directly to the correct buyer. I haven’t had a chance to go to the post office yet to drop off the package, but hope to do so by tomorrow.

@okms hi - Poshmark ended up refunding me as a one time courtesy rather than arranging for a swap. Did this affect your receipt of the proceeds? Based on what Poshmark stated it sounds like they released the funds to you anyway since I accepted the order. However if they did ask you to return the funds let me know and I can ship back both pairs in the return envelope you are sending.

@yvs123 they did release the funds to me. So you can just send back the wrong ones using the prepaid label. I’m sorry for the mixup, And for the extra work it has caused you.
