This is a rare, upgraded version of the Elsa Ice Queen costume. It is a high-quality dress, not a cheap costume. This gorgeous FROZEN ICE QUEEN GOWN is size 110, which is 4-4T. The chest and arms are stretchy, and the waist is elastic (stretches up to 26" around). It could be altered/pinned down to a size 3 so your princess can continue to wear it for a long time! It is similar to the dresses in the model photos, except it has ornate silver embellishments around the waist and a fuller skirt. It also has crystal rhinestone designs at the shoulders and all the way down each arm(see photos). It has buttons on the back of the shoulders to attach an optional long purple ombre train with holographic sparkling embellishments throughout.
