I just want to let you know that your mystery box was shipped this morning. 😊😊 Also, when it arrives the easiest way to open is to take a box cutter/scissors/knife and just cut straight down the middle of the box and on the sides where the tape is. You're not going to damage anything because I always put at least one bubble mailer folded in half on the top. 💜💜

So if you see the $149 ones listed that means I will be restocking the $125 boxes next. If you haven't already, I would save your payment info to make for a quicker checkout process. It's just me curating the boxes so I'm only able to list the number of boxes that I can put together within Poshmark's 3 day shipping window.

That way when you see them restocked you just click "buy bundle"...I know your time is valuable & I'm so sorry you feel that you've wasted yours. I'm also gathering that "Reserved" meant that box is already in someone's cart and I should just keep refreshing the page until another box pops up. I missed the restock too, all I saw after refreshing the page was all "reserved" and got so confused.

For instance, for the $149 box, it lets me add any number from one to 99 to the quantity available.

If not that would be my recommendation, as ppl seem to have better luck when using the Poshmark website, as opposed to the app. I always start the restock with the $199 boxes, so once you see that one pop up as "for sale", I would recommend going to the price point that you want to purchase (I typically list the most number of $149 and $125 boxes just fyi) and click "buy now" 😊😊

I was so excited they were available🤦🏽‍♀️. Just be on her page at 2p sharp on the box you want and refresh over and over. It helps if you are open to getting any of them, ‘cause you never know which ones are going to go the fastest. I ended up with the $199 box while trying to get the $149 one that sold out.

1mscooper @marcella_i that’s what I do. I click into the box I want right at 2p. If you’re lucky the change will happen right as you click on it. However, sometimes it’ll still say “SOLD” so I back out and go back in again. If it says “reserved” move along to another one because someone else beat you to it. That’s how I ended up with the $200 box, the one for $149 said reserve and when I went back out I saw that the higher box was still available. It’s a process but SO worth it!! Good luck!

From what people have told me they seem to have better luck purchasing a box on a computer as opposed to the app on their phone. So at 2 PM on the dot I would suggest refreshing my page and once you see that the $299 box is no longer say "sold out" I would go to the listing you were interested in purchasing and then just keep on refreshing it.

The yellow reserved banner comes on automatically when all of the boxes at that price point are in the process of being purchased. It doesn't mean that I reserve the boxes it just means that somebody has clicked "buy now" and they are entering their payment information.

As stated in the above listing, this is a true mystery box, meaning there is no choice as to the contents, & I cannot take requests for shades/products/brands/etc to be included/excluded. It's just not possible with the volume of orders to keep track of what everybody would request be included & excluded, along with already keeping track of what I have included in past boxes.

It's just me curating & putting them together, so I can only list as many boxes as I'm able to curate & ship before the next restock date. I do really appreciate your patience & I understand the frustration. If it helps, the $99 boxes are always the last ones I restock, so when you see that I've started restocking the higher price point boxes you should then head over to the listing you're interested in.

lilamyg817 @barbie_berger If you're able to I would also suggest being open to purchasing a box at a different price point as well, as lots of the time certain boxes won't sell as quickly as others. And lastly....the boxes always sell out quite quickly after an unboxing video has come out, but that does slow down quite a bit the further out it gets from the video. lilamyg817 Oh, one more thing....for whatever reason, Poshmark allows users to cancel an order they've made for up to three hours after they've bought it due to it being an "accidental purchase" (which I still haven't quite figured out how that's possible to do in the case of buying one of my mystery boxes since I have scheduled restocks) so sometimes all the boxes will show as being sold out but then one or two will pop back up for sale up to three hours after the restock. Hope that helps!!
