Brand new dress, however it came in package with no traditional tags, just the label and material tags. I have this dress in a few colors, and I LOVE them, just never wore the leopard print, so time to move on. They are so comfortable with plenty of stretch, really flattering on any size/body type, lightweight but not at all sheer, have a nice swing, can be worn very casual, but also look great dressed up with a belt and heels! 95% Cotton, 5% Spandex Measurements of dress are (approximately) 36 1/4” bust, 29” waist, 39” length, however, the dress has a lot of stretch, and the same dress/size that I own fit me very well while I fluctuated from a size 2 to a size 10. (For reference, I am 5’7”, 36C, and weighed between 130-170 lbs.) Navy dress modeled is the same dress, just a different color. I did not want to model this dress because it is unworn.
