Sturdy, gold-plated (so Besame claimed; I've never verified this, but the compact IS a little hefty so I wouldn't be surprised if it did contain some amount of gold) and embossed with the iconic chrysanthemum company logo, this compact has weight to it and exudes a sense of luxury and elegance. Pull this put of your purse or clutch to adjust your lipstick when you wanna be extra and feel bougie. This compact was the first in a series of limited edition refillable compacts Besame releases every year with a new design. She's been pretty much unused after I replaced her with their Marilyn Monroe one and she needs a new home! Comes with compact, Snow White Pearl powder refull, satin plush latch case, and (honestly crappy) powder puff. Powder only swatched once, otherwise unused.
