brand new. No stains, no bottom wear. The size says 10.5 but they fit too large on me. I want to say more like an 11 however im not sure if keds generally run true to size or not. For reference i wear 10 typically in tennis shoes sometimes 10.5, and i wear 11 in heels. These would be perfect for wedding shoes or a bridal party etc! Or just because!
