It seems like its the same person because I got a previous invoice from "A Dennis" and now this other user name her PayPal was the same name that I received the invoice from..that's very suspicious she hasn't responded to my emails either. jessica27 No the email was different but the name was the same! And I thought it suspicious when she sent invoices to everyone and didn't even bother to tell the others she sold them I mean what the hell is that? Sorry that just really gets me that there's scammers here and they think they can get away with it. I should have known when she wouldn't send any extra pictures to my actual email. Sellers send as much pictures as the buyers want because that is what you're supposed to do. Just mad I didn't trust my gut I hope we are wrong about her but I don't think so. Especially when @itsjustvee bought the item on posh and she cancelled it. First red flag. Guess the prices were too good to be true

jessica27 @msabbee yes I opened the dispute just now and I paid I Tuesday! After 7 days u can escalate to a claim and get your money back. PayPal will protect the purchase. Just follow the steps and open the dispute it lets u even tho it hasn't been 7 days

jessica27 Yes it totally sucks. It was much too good to e true seeing as how she kept pushing for immediate payment. Just the fact she didn't let me know that u paid for it was suspicious so I tried to warn u. She told me to pay the invoice and did NOT tell me that I can buy if the other person doesn't buy. She told me to pay the invoice by that day. Oh well we will get our money back it's just a huge hassle ugh

stacyilala Just got off the phone with bank and PP. Bank said they will refund my money in 2 days after the transaction is posted because now its still processing. PP said wait til Sunday to file a claim. They want me to email her/him to get him to cancel my transaction. I was not aware that Posh have payment thur their site. that is why i only ask to pay $100 deposit first. PP also said there is already open claims against this person already and they are investigating him/her.
