NTW Vintage Union Made Skirt

CLOSET CLOSING February 9th. If you see something you like, make an offer! This skirt is NTW, American and union made, and was sold at Armstrong's in Cedar Rapids which closed its doors in 1991. This is such an awesome find and a piece of history that you can wear. It comes with the original belt that you can change out and wear on other things. Generous waist size is 21 inches laid flat but please note the hips aren't larger, so it would work best for someone with hips the size of their waist or smaller.
