For the measurements:
- approx 17in across for the waist
- approx 53in from shoulder to hem for the length
-the bust varies since it’s very billowy on top, can fit various sizes of busts
And I wouldn’t say the material is stretchy but it’s flowy! Literally such a gorgeous dress and very figure flattering.
