Hard to tell from the print, but is it straight to the hem, or is there a ruffled tier at the bottom?

@maquinna I am 95% sure there is NOT a ruffled hem and it’s all one piece but I will double check in the morning (the dress is in my baby’s closet and he’s asleep).

@katyhunter18 Hi! Yes, exactly. It hits me above the knees but isn’t too short (I’m 5’7”). It can be worn but normally OR off the shoulders (making it longer). Let me know if you would like me to measure!
