NWOT! Beautiful EShakti blouson dress, navy floral print georgette with shirred shoulders, empire waist and cinched in with a self-fabric braided tie belt. Soft, draped style very flattering with cropped angel sleeves which hide upper arms. I LOVE THIS DRESS, but lost weight before I got a chance to wear it! Excellent for work or evening party!

@blackberrybelle hi! Sorry have been off for the holidays. I am still out of town but I am also 5’5 and it hit about 2 inches below my knees and was going to take it to the tailor to hem it as dresses look better on me at or right above my knee. If you are seriously interested I can have someone run by my house and take a exact measurement, just let me know. Happy Holidays!
