NWOT? Bebe Ivory 100% Silk Striped Tassle Blouse

Great condition. No holes, stains or tears. I'm not sure if this was ever even worn. There are couple very small snags. Several buttons adorn the front. Bottom left side has a tassel that ties in either a knot or a bow. Bebe name tag has come loose at one end. Material is soft and comfortable.
