This "Sylvia Tie Jersey Tunic" dress from Boden features and blue and white retro tile-like pattern, 3/4 sleeves, a slight scoop neckline, and front ties to create/accentuate your shape. The material has a bit of stretch and the skirt, which has a slight A-line and sways when your move, falls to the top of your knees. A great 3-season dress that you can easily dress up or down.
