NWOT Cinched Waist Flowy Peplum Blouse

Purchased at a boutique shop. Meant for a slightly slouchy fit, this flowy blouse would fit a small or extra small quite well. The material is a soft rayon, and the pattern is a cute floral print in mint, tan, and black colors on an off-white/cream base. Would look cute with jeans or with a cardigan over the top for spring/summer. Never worn except to try on.
