NWT Navy Floral Paisley Halter Dress

This dress has a cute beaded detail around the neck, and a gorgeous floral paisley print. It hit me right at the knee despite being a petite sized dress (I'm 5ft1). I'm a 2, and this would also probably fit a 4 or 6 just fine. Princess seams down front and back make for a flattering cut. Would nicely accentuate anyone with an hourglass shape.
