NWOT Lux Brand Prairie Style Cotton Peplum Shirt

Cotton peplum shirt in blue stripes with contrasting raw hem floral fabric trim. Striped fabric has been tailored to contrast neckline and cap sleeves, front and back pleating details and snap button closure. Purchased at Urban Outfitters in Boston a long time ago, it has been sitting in my closet since. Two very small grayish spots on the back (see pics) are fabric or manufacturing flaws, will never be seen unless you search but still offering discount! Length: 21" Underarm: 16.5" Waist: 12.5"
