@stef61 I wouldn’t say that the elastic in the sleeves is uncomfortably tight! But definitely snug enough that it doesn’t bag. I’m also a small/medium in dresses and this fits perfectly. The front/chest is also stretchy so it allows for more movement/if you’re more busty.
