This flowy dress has a stretchy waist and tie sleeves which offer lots of room. This was sold and labeled as a maternity dress that you can use postpartum as well. Has a light brown lining. I bought it for Thanksgiving last year but went with a different option instead. Never worn. Measurements are pictured. The waist is measured without stretching it, but the waist is stretchy. From a very clean, non-smoking and pet free home.
