NWOT Rachel Comey/ Target Faux Leather Textured Pencil Skirt sz 20w/22w

Reposhing this item I purchased from @saray829. This skirt is a 20w/22w. It runs large (may even fit a 24w), so please check the measurements!! I love it and hope to find a size smaller one day! It is a gorgeous dark dark brown alligator type faux leather (pleather). The Posher before me said it was NWOT and I never wore it. But, I did notice a nick on the waistband. (See photos.)
