Lined. I cannot find a material tag.
It has a thread sticking out that should be pulled through instead of cut, but it is too close work for my eyes.

@sundancewarrior Hi. 😊 I measured across. I usually measure where the armholes meet the side seams, but they are slightly behind the actual sides. I believe that’s to make the side seams less visible from the front, but I’m not sure. The approximate measurement across is 17.5”.
