NWT Ann Taylor polka dot skirt with fringe. Size 8. Dark blue skirt with grayish bluish polka dots with lighter outline (see close up, though there could be color variation depending on monitor). Has a hidden side zipper and inner lining. Comes from non-smoking home. Measurements are approximate and taken lying flat: 15-1/2” across waist 18” from top of skirt to bottom of inner lining 20-21” from top of skirt to bottom of fringe 13” from top of skirt to top of fringe
