For those of you who haven’t worn many types of styles in this brand, you cannot go by the size chart alone. I’m a true 8, which on the chart would constitute a 39. A 39 would be a better fit for someone who is a true 8.5 or a smaller 9 in these shoes. When I put them on the one time and stood up I could place my entire thumb sideways between my front toe and the front of the shoe. I plan on getting these in my size after I have the baby in July, as I did ask for these shoes and they DIDN’T disappoint (other than the size).
