Bebe Pink Button Down Shirt Dress Sleeves can be 3/4 or rolled to 1/2 with button tabs. Tie at waist for a flattering fit. Stretchy slip is included and detachable. Snap loops can hold it in place inside the dress. Dress itself is not stretchy. Laying flat, the dress measures approximately 18" armpit to armpit and 36" total length from center back to hem.
