New, never used. Plastic ties attached to the zipper that keep the bag closed/show it's new are still intact. I bought this and then sustained a back injury before I was able to use it. I can now only use backpacks as my back can't tolerate shoulder carry bags. My loss is your gain. This bag retails for $108 online.
