shelbieleigh29 @kab0 I’m just about 5’ 3” and it sits longer than my finger tips. The straps are also adjustable, which will give you a bit more length. The dress from the bottom of the armpit to the hem line measures 25”, 27” with the tassels. Let me know if you would like any more information. I’m happy to ship today or tomorrow!
