NWT Dress Flowing Maxi Floral dress with balloon sleeves

Reposhing this item I purchased...Loved it, but doesn't fit. Tag says 1xL Fits like a true xxl but has an elastic waist band, so it could stretch a lot and also it has balloon sleeves and even fits my wide upper arms. Flows Maxi Dress perfect for summer, looks gorgeous and in perfect condition. Add this to your wardrobe this summer or layer and wear this fall and winter!
