NWT Emerald Green Spring for Party Dress

This fancy little number is an emerald green halter style dress from Dillard's. This says spring into action without the dreaded side effect of looking like an Easter egg. Elastic drop waist. There are two tiny loops for a belt but there was none when purchased. Completely new. Never worn. Always adorable.
