NWT Express Dress

Brand new with tags square neck tie-strap floral fit and flare dress with a ruffle along the bottom. It has straps for hanging and a silky slip lining on the inside. I think this dress is so cute, unfortunately I don't care for the way it looks on my body. Only tried on once! Retails for $60. The waist measurement is shown in photos but the back part is stretchy and can stretch out to about 17 inches. Check our my other listings and bundle to save on shipping!
