NWT Francescas Dark Teal Frill Embroidered Dress

The pictures don't do enough justice, but its a beautiful teal dress with motifs and slight shimmer lines. Size: M Pit to Pit: 20 inches. I am not sure how the elastic at the back is snatched that holds onto the button but I never wore this dress, may be it was put in hanger incorrectly at the shop and I didn't see it then. But thats very minor. The dress fits loose but is very pretty.
