NWT Smocked Jumpsuit Dress

I got it in a upscale boutique shop in Hoboken New Jersey. Its very pretty jumpsuit dress. Its an off shoulder jumpsuit dress with smock on top, then you have shorts in the bottom and the flap with laces that falls on the sides. I wish I could keep it, but we are leaving and I never wore it. The size says S, but it has stretch in the top so can fit an M. I am an M and it fits me. Pit to Pit: 13" But it stretches a lot.
