Up for sale is a three-tiered plaid skirt sized M by Free People. All the tiers attach to the waistband. The main colors are green and blue, but it has darker shades and some teals. I purchased this skirt for a costume I was working on, but sadly, life got in the way. It has been in storage ever since. It has not been worn, and the price tag is still attached. According to the tag, this skirt is made in the USA. Hence, the price.
