can you tell me if this runs big or small? what’s the width across the waist?

@jacdemaggio I added some measurements, it's about 15" across the waist. The waistband of this skirt is not as stretchy as the body of the skirt, but it does have stretch. I compared it to a large black Cassie I have and they are very similar. The black one is slightly larger in the hip area, by nearly half an inch, but it is the same at the waist.
