It is gorgeous indeed, I am truly devastated that it didn't fit me!
TOP: Pit to pit measures 17 inches. The opening at the bottom is 14.5 inches, and the length from center back to bottom is 14.5 inches as well. The bottom hits right at the natural waist, a little above the belly button, and would work well for someone who wears a size 27 or 28.
SKIRT: 28 inch waist. The length is 34.5 inches. Low hip is around 37 inches (I'm a 39 inch hip and it was a bit too tight, if that helps at all)
