Brand new, never worn new with tags Meshki harlow dress. Beautiful soft and silky dress with boning and a light corse to really accentuate your curves. Tags are intact as well as the ribbon running the length of the dress to know it has never been worn before. I need a size up and am not eligible for return or exchanges at this time
