NWT, never worn, Nicole Miller pencil skirt. Hits just above the knee, or below the knee if you’re petite. There is a small slit in the back of the skirt about 1-2”. The material is soft and stretchy. Measurements taken at flat lay. Length: 21” Waist: 14.5” 67% polyester 32% rayon 1% spandex *I ship with reused packaging in an effort to go green :)
