This Nicole Miller Collection Fringe Dress is new with tags and has never been worn. It has layers of black chiffon fringe and is fully lined. The back of the dress is absolutely stunning with a deep V opening, a stretch panel with large hook & eye closure and 7 hidden metal black buttons at the bottom of the V. The dress is a true 0, is fitted and does not have much stretch so it hugs nicely.
