Bought the Responsible Down Long Puffer Jacket in Hot Fudge from Quince. The jacket that arrived had a loose thread on the flap at the top of the zipper (see last photo). I tried to exchange it for one without a loose thread but they let me keep the jacket with the loose thread. Aside from that loose thread, the coat is in perfect condition. It has not left my apartment since it was delivered. Tags are still attached. Also, the coat has a lovely sheen to the hot fudge color. It makes the fabric look high quality and elevates the look of the jacket to less sporty and more stylish. And the replacement jacket I received has kept me warm as the temperatures where I live have dipped below zero. The longer length keeps my legs warm.
