NWT Reformation Black Silk Mini Dress

This is a reformation 100% silk black mini dress. I can't find the exact style number on the website anymore, but it has sort of an off the shoulder/ cowl neck design with a little bit of ruching on the side & a small slit For reference: I am typically a size 8 and am 5'8. This dress barely covers my butt & it doesn't zip (bought a size too small). It is in need of a steam/iron
