Empire waist with ruffle trim then lined straight panel to waist then the pleats start (about ¾ of length is lined). @julietteb1234 Hi, The only fabric content tag on the dress states 100% polyester. The lining feels more like a blend (it doesn't feel like the outer dress, it's a little thicker) but since there is not a label, I can't be sure.
