NWT Time and Tru Peplum Crinkle Ruffle Blouse, Size Small

Brand new with tags, Time and Tru peplum crinkle top with large bottom ruffle. Blouse has 2 buttons on the bottom of each sleeve, a keyhole opening on the back with a small button. Shirt is a distressed slate Grey color. Measures approximately 24" from shoulder to bottom hem. Never worn, original tags are still attached as well as an extra button.
