New with tags Top shop Jamie flare high rise bell bottom jeans. I put size small in the title because these run super small.. The tag says 28 by 32 ibut these run super small. Please compare the measurements to make sure they will fit right. The waist is 23 1/2 inches across laying flat, the rise is 11 inches in the front, the inseam is 32 inches and the flate is 11 inches wide. Cotton and elastin. Good stretch medium weight. Size 28/32.
