Luxurious gorgeous embellished skirt. I have never worn this, the sash/belt is still encased in protective wrap. (It is the wide sash that makes it look like it has a thick waist band, otherwise the waist band is only about 2 inches wide. In pristine condition. Still has all original tags intact. Beautiful colors, very high quality piece.
