This satchel style bag is made from repurposed canvas and genuine leather. We have sold this bag to both men and women. The strap is adjustable. The interior is not lined on this bag but it does have some pockets inside and plenty of pockets outside too. FYI, these bags are made from old tents and truck tarps so you will see some staining and imperfections throughout--that's just part of their story.
