**RARE** NWT vintage deadstock blouse from Jessica Stevens in a beautiful navy with pink and white floral pattern. Flattering neck line with button fastening in back, comfortable fabric, and shoulder pads that could be removed easily. Shirt is a bit wrinkled, but in perfect, unworn condition.
