NWT - White House Black Market dress

Black and white mini shift dress with black straps. This dress is made of a black see through outer layer with graduated black polka dots and a white non/transparent inner lining. The fabric of both parts are a polyester-rayon blend. This dress has not been worn and still has tags. Approximate measurements: 34”long from top of strap to hem. 33” bust 36” waist 38” hips.
